1. What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. But we accept small quantity for your trial order.

Please tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.

2. Can I get Drink Bottle samples?

Surely you can.

Existing Sample is free (but we will charge for custom designs). If you have a discount of your FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL account, we may ship samples with your account. If not, we may charge the shipping freight for samples and ship them by our discount account. It always takes about 7 days for shipping.

3. How long is the Sample lead time?

2-3 days for existing random samples and 5-7 days for samples with customized design .

4. How long is the production lead time?

The MOQ quantity ,it is need 35 days nearly .

5. What format of the artwork do you need for customized design?

We need AI, CDR, PDF and ESP, etc.

6. How many colors are available?

We accept customized colors according to Pantone. Will also provide stock colors for your reference.

7. Which kinds of Certificate would you have?

LFGB, SGS, BSCI,ect

8. What is your payment term?

Normally payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed , and 70% against The copy of B/L.

And for small quantity ,we need to receive 100 % as deposit .
