1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs, but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please let me know how many piece you need, and we can calculate the cost correspondingly.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure! We usually provide existing sample for free, but customized sample need to be in charge.
3.How long is the lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it will takes 2-3days. But if you want to make new designs or new colors , it will take 5-7days.
4.How long is the production time ?
It takes around 30 working days for MOQ
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Usually need AI or PDF version to make a clear and beautiful logos or printings; for mould opening products, we can make 3D drawings for you for free as long as the project was confirmed.
6.What kind of certificate do you have?
We are the factory passed BSCI, ISO9001 etc ; our products are LFGB approved,
7.What is your payment terms ?
Normally, T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L .
